FS800 Fully- Automatic Dispensing Machine
FS800 series automatic dispensing equipment is a high-speed, high-precision and cost-effective online dispensing system which is developed based on the new energy FPC industry. It can meet the FPCs of various sizes, and can support Max. 2100mm-long carrier plate to realize completion in one operation. It can be provided with double heads, double valves and double tracks to improve the CT time. The dispensing process requirements in multiple scenarios can be met with the tilting & rotation module.

FS700 series automatic dispensing equipment is a high-speed and high-precision online dispensing system that is developed based on the size requirements of large products such as power battery FPC and MiniLED.
The system can be configured with double-valve synchronization and double-valve asynchronization configurations, among others, to significantly improve operational efficiency. It is mainly used in processes such as NTC encapsulation, MiniLED dispensing, Dam & Fill, Flip-chip, and BGA underfill.

KGL Series Screw Platen Pump
The platen pump can transfer raw materials from the original drum directly to the transfer system or dosing system, avoiding the risk brought by repacking or transfer storage.
The platen pump can transfer liquids of medium to high viscosity.
The platen pump is servo-driven, which effectively reduces the working noise and saves a lot of energy.
